LERMA Agency had 3 approved ad concepts for a Spring Social Ads campaign targeting The Home Depot's Hispanic market. The creative vision was ambitious: mimic native influencer-created content while maintaining The Home Depot's brand quality standards—all in vertical format optimized for social. Create lighthearted, engaging content that felt authentic while prominently featuring 75+ branded products across three distinct ads.
THE PROBLEM
The creative challenge? Making it look like spring in the middle of winter in Georgia. With tight timelines and outdoor scenes scripted for warm weather, we faced visible breath on camera, dormant landscapes, and the wrong seasonal vibe entirely. Add sourcing and managing 75+ individual SKUs across three distinct ads, and the production became a high-wire act of creative problem-solving. The ads had to feel spontaneous and influencer-authentic while hitting every brand requirement and delivering on The Home Depot's exacting visual standards.
