A Comprehensive Footage Library
THE PREMISE
Exotec is a leading provider in the competitive world of warehouse robotics and logistics. With the 2025 launch of their revolutionary Skypod II system, they needed a comprehensive footage library that could serve multiple departments, markets, and use cases for years to come. From internal training to external marketing, this library would become the visual foundation of their product launch and ongoing growth.
THE PROBLEM
The shoot had to happen in Belgium, in an active warehouse owned by one of Exotec's clients, featuring a multi-million dollar robotics system. We needed to coordinate production across continents and time zones while working through our European production partner Amok. Every setup required extreme care, one misstep could damage client relationships or expensive equipment. The footage had to work across multiple channels while balancing technical specifications with cinematic storytelling.
OUR SOLUTION
We partnered with production company Amok in Belgium, developing detailed shot lists that maintained our quality standards while respecting the sensitive environment. Our transparent communication and meticulous organization kept everyone confident through complex logistics and planning adjustments across 4 different on-set departments—A-Camera (1st Unit), B-Camera (2nd Unit), a Drone and GoPro Unit and Still Photography.
We delivered a comprehensive footage library featuring multiple angles of the Skypod II system, including a full system walkthrough with on-camera talent. The content continues to serve Exotec across training, marketing, sales, and events…evergreen assets that supported their successful launch and ongoing growth.
