We guide clients through a streamlined, story-first production process built on trust, clarity, and creativity. From discovery to delivery, we ask the right questions, uncover bold ideas, and push constraints to craft content that connects. Our process keeps communication clear, sets collaborative, and results on point every time. It’s not just production; it’s an experience worth repeating.
ADIOS, INDUSTRY STANDARDS
We’re committed to challenging industry standards because no one needs more of the same. We use custom built project management systems and templates that are then customized for every production. Streamlined for efficiency, customized for personal/project specifics that make it stand out from any other. We are always iterating and implementing new tools that make us better. There is nothing we do just because “that’s the way it’s always been done.”
UNPARALLED FLEXIBILITY
We know our clients and crew are humans with lives outside of this production and we offer flexibility and thoughtfulness around this by planning ahead as much as possible so everyone knows what to expect. No more 24hr call sheet drops - Our call sheets go out (typically) one week (or more) ahead of shoot days (we know your client is asking!) and we aim to loop in all crew well before that so everyone knows what to expect.
FIREFIGHTING…DIFFERENTLY
We know creating requires flexibility and things will always come up on set. So we work extra hard in pre-production to solve problems and build effective communication so when we are on set and the thing does come up, it is a fun challenge to solve together, not a day-derailing issue. This type of transparent, pre-pro communication and problem solving builds trust quickly with our clients.
From regularly scheduled pre-pro meetings, to detailed email communication, set-binders, shot lists, etc. - no component of production is left up to chance…other than maybe weather - we’re working on it.
